DD Member) insisted that YTB had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. He even provided a link to an individual RTA that does have a good rating. Come on now Josh, how hard is it to get an "A+" when you are grading your own papers? Remember, YTB RTAs sell primarily to themselves.
So, what happens when they try to sell to someone outside of the family? We already know that YTB corporate has a failing BBB grade--that was stated in the lawsuit filed by the California Attorney General back in August. It was further detailed in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on numerous times. I think it is even in the Class Action suits that are pending. And honestly, I am sure that Lisa Madigan (Attorney General of Illinois) is considering this as she puts together her own action against YTB. Certainly, New York, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Ohio, and Maryland are all taking this into consideration as well. Hey, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) might even take a gander!
But for the record, here is a sampling of the results when you query YTB in the BBB database along with their respective grades. 8 samples, 6 "F"s, 2 "C-"s, and 1 REVOKED.
Tell me, did YTB share this report card with the 300 people at the Millionairre Mindset?
